La Banque Postale has developed APIs in order to comply with the requirements of the delegated Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 of 27 November 2017 (RTS) and thus enable TPP to offer their service.

The status of La Banque Postale's API is as follows:

  • The confirmation on the availability of funds API (CBPII) is compliant.
  • The account information API (AISP) is compliant.
  • The payment initiation API (PISP) is compliant with the following features: SCT inst, SCT, standing orders and international payments.

 

As part of its commitment to quality, LA BANQUE POSTALE's Open-Banking team is carrying out a satisfaction survey among its TPP users to evaluate and improve its APIs service offering and the quality of its support service.

13/01/2025 - PSD2 PISP API information: A service interruption affecting all the channels of the Bank took place since 13/01/2025 from 14:00 to 16:15. The incident caused PSD2 API endpoints to be unavailable.

27/11/2024 - PSD2 PISP API information: An incident resulted in unavailability on the PISP APIs from 27/11/2024 16:45 to 28/11/2024 09:30. Incident resolved.

08/12/2024 - PSD2 PISP API information: A technical operation affecting La Banque Postale's payment services is planned and will cause the PISP API to be unavailable on Sunday 08/12 from 2:00 to 5:30.

29/10/2024 - PSD2 API information: A service interruption impacting all La Banque Postale channels (online banking, app, api) took place on 28/10/2024 around 19:45 with a restoration of service around 29/10/2024 09:00.

11/10/2024 - PSD2 information: A technical incident has affected endpoints transactions API PSD2 AISP. The impact was particularly on professional clients with sometimes the impossibility of recovering transactions from their bank accounts. A fix was implemented on 10/10/2024. Incident resolved.

16/09/2024 - Information PSD2 : A technical maintenance on the developer portal will take place from 09/16/2024 to 09/17/2024. This intervention may have an impact on the activities you can perform during this period (account creation, product subscriptions). If you can, please postpone your activities until 09/18/2024.

13/03/2024 - PSD2 information: a technical operation affecting the services of La Banque Postale resulted in the unavailability of the Oauth2 (authorize) route from 6:30am to 8:15am. The service is now operational again.

 

06/03/2024 - PSD2 information: A technical migration involving a switchover will take place from 07/02/2024 to 16/02/2024. This will cause the developer portal to be unavailable for a few hours as well as temporary disruptions when using DSP2 APIs. This technical migration imposes a freeze on the following actions on your part during this period:
• Create an account on the developer portal
• Create/modify/delete an application via the Register API
• Any action regarding API subscription

23/09/2023 - PSD2 PISP API information : technical maintenance impacting the professional accounts domain is scheduled between 23/09/2023 18:00 and 24/09/2023 9:00. As a result of this intervention, transfer requests from business accounts will be rejected. Similarly, intra-La Banque Postale transfers to business accounts will be rejected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

 

05/07/2023 - PSD2 API information : A service interruption impacting all La Banque Postale channels (online banking, app, api) took place on 04/07/2023 around 16:45 with a restoration of service around 21:45.

 

22/06/2023 - PSD2 OAUTH2 API information: A technical incident is currently affecting the App2App pathway for professional customers (/pmo/authorize). The impact is a non-functional redirection in case the mobile APP is not present. The incident does not affect the APP2APP-PPH journey. Our technical teams are in the process of being corrected. Please use the REDIRECT-WEB path until the incident is resolved.

 

15/06/2023 - PSD2 API information : A technical maintenance took place between 10:11 and 10:32. This event caused a temporary unavailability of the APIs.

 

02/05/2023 - PSD2 PISP API information : A technical maintenance took place between 22:10 and 22:40. This event caused a temporary unavailability of the transfer initiation service. It affected all the bank's channels (TPP and online banking).

 

28/03/2023 - PSD2 OAUTH2 API information : A technical maintenance has affected the TPP enrolment flow in REDIRECT WEB mode (with an error code SYNTAX_ERROR) since 28/03/2023 15:00. The App2App flows are not affected. The problem has been solved on 29/03/2023 11:00.

 

17/02/2023 - PSD2 PISP API information : A technical incident has affected the finalisation of some transfers ( especially those processed by the App2App workflow and whose characteristics do not require an SCA). The impact was a bad reception by the TPP of the psuAuthenticationFactor parameter. A fix was implemented on 23/02/2023. Incident resolved.

 

08/02/2023 - PSD2 API information : A service interruption affecting TPPs approved in Lithuania (LT-BL-xxxx) took place from 08/02/2023 14:45 to 09/02/2023 12:35. The incident caused the unavailability of PSD2 endpoints. Incident resolved.

 

31/01/2023 - PSD2 API information : A technical issue on the POST /payment-requests/{id}/confirmation occured between 28/11/2022 21:00 and 29/11/2022 12:16. The problem affected the validation of transfers. Incident resolved.

 

09/11/2022 - PSD2 API (transactions) information : A service interruption impacting all La Banque Postale channels (online banking, app, API) between 13:08 and 14:50. The incident caused the unavailability of the GET /transactions endpoint. Incident resolved.

 

03/11/2022 - PSD2 API information : A service interruption impacting all PSD2 APIs took place on the 03/11/2022 from 11:30 to 15:30. The incident caused API DSP2 endpoints to be unavailable. Incident resolved.

 

01/10/2022 - DSP2 API information: A technical maintenance on the technical infrastructure took place from 01/10/2022 23:00 to 02/10/2022 01:30 with risks of isolated unavailability on the PISP API and on the AISP balance refresh.

 

21/09/2022 - DSP2 API information: A technical maintenance on the technical infrastructure took place from 21/09/2022 21:00 to 22/09/2022 10:00 with risks of isolated unavailability on the APIs.

 

15/09/2022 - DSP2 API Information: A service interruption impacting all La Banque Postale channels (online banking, app, api) since 11:00am. The incident causes API DSP2 endpoints unavailable. Incident resolved since 17/09 17:00.

 

30/08/2022 - DSP2 API information : As of 30/08, labanquepostale.com domains will no longer be accessible in TLS1.0 and TLS1.1. TLS1.2 or higher must be used.

 

05/07/2022 - DSP2 API information : From 30/08/2022 the obsolete TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 protocols will be removed. If the time to switch to a TLS1.2 (or >) protocol is not sufficient, please contact us on the support email address before the 05/08/2022.

 

17/06/2022 - PSD2 API information : A service interruption impacting all La Banque Postale channels (online banking, app, api) took place on the 16/06/2022 from 19:04 to 21:30. The incident caused some API DSP2 endpoints to be unavailable. Incident resolved.

19/05/2022 - PSD2 API information : A technical issue on the Certicode Plus service occurred between 19/05/2022 17:20 and 19/05/2022 21:00. The incident caused errors on enrollment and payment flows. Incident solved.

 

14/04/2022 - PSD2 API PORTAL: Technical maintenance on the developer portal took place on 14/04/2022 between 14:00 and 18:00 with unavailability of the portal.

 

29/03/2022 - PSD2 API PORTAL REGISTER API information: A technical problem on the POST/register has occurred between 29/03/2022 and 12/04/2022. The problem prevents the creation of new applications. Incident solved.

 

17/02/2022 - PSD2 PISP API information : A service interruption impacting all La Banque Postale channels (online banking, app, api) took place last weekend from 05/02 around 22:30 with a restoration of service gradually on 06/02 around 19:00. The incident caused some API DSP2 endpoints to be unavailable. Incident resolved.

 

05/02/2021 - PSD2 API information : A technical issue on the GET /payment-requests/{id} occured between 16/02/2022 15:00 and 18/02/2022 14:05. The problem caused 500 return codes out of the API. Incident resolved.

 

25/01/2021 - PSD2 API information : A technical issue on the PSD2 APIs occurred between 25/01/2022 14:46 and 25/01/2022 15:11. The incident caused API unavailability (500 return codes). Incident resolved.

 

10/12/2021 - PSD2 PISP API information : A technical issue on the POST /payment-requests/{id}/confirmation occurred between 08/12/2021 14:30 and 10/12/2021 08:55. The generation of the psuAuthenticationFactor parameter was affected ("undefined") thus blocking the POST/confirmation API (returns 403). Incident resolved.

 

16/11/2021 - PSD2 PISP API information : A technical intervention on the instant transfer systems will take place on 21/11/2021 between 2am and 5am. These maintenance operations could disrupt the operation of the PISP APIs with errors or resumption at 5am in the execution of instant transfers initiated between 2am and 5am.
